Student Group Launched on Facebook for Future Travel Execs

Launched early this month, the facebook group “Future Incentive and Travel Executives” allows students to interact and network with each other as they learn more about the meeting, incentive and events industry. Students studying hospitality, hotel, tourism and event management, and similar disciplines are invited to join, post on the group’s wall and participate in discussion topics. Posted links are also relevant to students who may be exploring their career paths as recent posts include Meeting Professional magazine’s feature on 30 people at or under 30 who are impacting the global meetings community, as well as highlight benefits of SITE’s student membership which includes access to over 2100 SITE member contacts in 87 countries and access to several new research publications.
